We want to make sure everyone has the best time so have put together some simple rules for you to follow. Adults & Children please read through them carefully before playing.

1.  Those in charge of the child/children are solely responsible for the control and care & safety of their child/children at all times whilst at Jolly Jumpers Playzone. Jolly Jumpers Playzone cannot accept any such responsibility.
2.  Those in charge of the child/children are under no circumstances allowed to leave the building without taking the child/children within their care with them.
3.  Jolly Jumpers Playzone reserves the right to ask anyone, child or adult, to leave if their behaviour is likely to threaten the safety or enjoyment of others.
4.  All notices regarding the safe and appropriate use of the equipment must be observed at all times. Refusal to observe these notices will result in the child and accompanying adult being asked to adhere to the rules  or leave the premises.
5.  In the event of an accident or injury please report this to a member of our team, as soon as possible.
6.  Jolly Jumpers Playzone reserves the right to limit periods of play during the weekends and school holidays - minimum play entitlement 2 hours subject to advertised opening times.
7.  Children dress code: *Socks to be worn at all times *Shoes MUST NOT be worn on any of the equipment *long sleeves and trouser/leggings/tights etc are advise to avoid any contact skin burns.
8.  It is advised that dummies are not used whilst on the inflatables.
9.  The toddler area is especially designed for children of a height 1 meter or less. The baby area is for 0-1 years olds ONLY!!!
10. Food and drink must not be taken into the baby area, toddler areas or any of the play equipment under any circumstance.
11. Jolly Jumpers Playzone is an alcohol free premises. Any customer found to be consuming or under the influence of alcohol will be asked to leave.
12. We are a strictly NO SMOKING venue. This also includes the use of electronic devices on our premises.
13. Jolly Jumpers Playzone takes no responsibilty for property lost or left behind on the premises. Found item(s) will be donated to charity if not collected within 14 days.
14. Closed circuit cameras are part of the security procedures of the building and the safety of the staff and the customers.

Entry is based upon the customers acceptance and adhereance to all of the above state rules .
